Multicultural Wine and Cheese Match at your Local Wine Shop
How does it feel a Brazilian Wine (Alisios red 2010) produced from a Blend with the main grapes from Port (Touriga) and Rioja (Tempranillo)!
The result is a red coloured with violet tints, aromas of wild red plums, with subtle hints of cinnamon and tobacco; on the palate it presents a mild structure, balanced body, soft persistence and great harmony!
And you can try it for free!
Now, the cheese chosen is one of the most ancient Cheeses of Europe, The Ossau Iraty from the Valley de Ossau in the high Pyrenees. A firm, sweet and nutty unpasteurized French sheep milk Cheese sourced by BEILLEVAIRE! Should work really good with the medium body Brazilian red.
Visit us in store this Saturday (3rd November) from 2pm to 6pm for a free tasting Held by a Portuguese and a Peruvian!
Yes... that is our Multicultural Wine and cheese tasting experience for this Weekend.
